Welcome

I'd like to take a moment to welcome our blog's first (non-family) poster, Alexza! Let's face it, her comment couldn't have come at a better time. In law was right - the blog was slumping. We were getting complacent and lazy. Alexza's comment proved that others are watching and reading. Our family blog has finally hit the big time!


So, thanks for the wake up call, In-law (keep fighting the good fight). Also, thanks to Alexzandra - you're awesome! I encourage everyone to check out her awesome link.

What's Going On?

Where have you gone Brother? Younger Middle Sis? Katmandu? Is this all you've got? Has the family Blog jumped the shark? So soon? Say it ain't so. No posts since the Kat B-Day tribute almost a week ago? The writing is on the wall. It's like the Dow Jones; how low will it go before it swings back up....like the bailout bill, I had to post to try to save the ship....but who knows if it will help, or if it is just too late....

Eighties Video Flashback of the Week - A Decade of Musical Brilliance

Again, it's always tough to pick just one eighties flashback of the week but this video oozes eighties' awesomeness! Men Without Hats totally opened doors for guys like Little Superstar. One thing's for sure is that "...my friends don't dance and if they don't dance, well they ain't no friends of mine!"

I don't know why, but I remember this cartoon from childhood. Maybe because it's about having a good memory. What ever it is, it worked, because I always remember the phrase, "loaf of bread, carton of milk, and a stick of butter".....anyone else?
