Cough Update...

Just wanted to keep everyone updated about the controversial cough...
I ran it by Dr. D today & he said nothing to worry about... probably just a stubborn virus. Nothing really I should be doing about it. Hmmmm... who would have thought;)

On a lighter note, baby is lookin' good. Should I be nervous that the Dr. keeps saying, "Wow, he's an active one." Do you think that there is any possibility that prenatal activity predicts future activitity level? I'm telling you all right now... I don't know if I'm up for an active kid. I'm already panicked that he's not going to be on board with my two hour nap every afternoon... what will I ever do if he is off the walls to boot!? I have started making deals with GOD... I just pray he is listening!

Great Prank Call...

I have heard stories of Youngest Middle Sis and Katmandu prank calling Winchester residents in High School, but I doubt they'd have the guts to prank call the WPD?!

Silent Wifey....

Katmandu may say I don't pay attention, and maybe this is in fact old news, but today I have noticed that there is a new blogger on the site. A blogger unknown to me. I do not know if they have been here long, but they have remained silent until now. So, I wanted to take this opportunity to formally ask please... Wifey, come out of the shadows and speak up! Introduce yourself. End this voyeuristic charade already...

Eighties Video Flashback of the Week - A Decade of Musical Brilliance

This is an absolute eighties classic. Not only is it one of the greatest songs from the eighties but it's lead singer was also in a certain super group from the seventies (although I think she was born in Norway)!

Welcome

I'd like to take a moment to welcome our blog's first (non-family) poster, Alexza! Let's face it, her comment couldn't have come at a better time. In law was right - the blog was slumping. We were getting complacent and lazy. Alexza's comment proved that others are watching and reading. Our family blog has finally hit the big time!


So, thanks for the wake up call, In-law (keep fighting the good fight). Also, thanks to Alexzandra - you're awesome! I encourage everyone to check out her awesome link.

What's Going On?

Where have you gone Brother? Younger Middle Sis? Katmandu? Is this all you've got? Has the family Blog jumped the shark? So soon? Say it ain't so. No posts since the Kat B-Day tribute almost a week ago? The writing is on the wall. It's like the Dow Jones; how low will it go before it swings back up....like the bailout bill, I had to post to try to save the ship....but who knows if it will help, or if it is just too late....

I don't know why, but I remember this cartoon from childhood. Maybe because it's about having a good memory. What ever it is, it worked, because I always remember the phrase, "loaf of bread, carton of milk, and a stick of butter".....anyone else?
